I’ve spent a lot of time exploring to getting a better Google ECPM (earnings per 1000 page impressions).

The most factors can influence your Google ECPM are: the CTR (click through rate), Cost per Click, Number of pages per person.

Whether you want increase your ECPM, the third options(the number of page per person) is an important factor to consider. Remember if one person views 1000 pages, you can’t expect to earn $5 from them.

I know that your goal is to ultimately get a person to view more pages, but the less page views per person, the higher the possible ECPM.

What Is My Google Adsense ECPM?

The3dtechnologies get about $5 ECPM.

By using additional ad programs, I get about a $10 ECPM in total. The main strategy I use to maximizing the revenue potential on this site is that to find the better position for my ad in order to create pages more clean.

Writers do need to get paid for their work and readers can understand this, but it’s also true that too many ads can annoy readers.  Thus, all you have to do is to place your ads that really counts.  Blog are not totally free and there always a bit of advertise that comes with any service. However, In the case of blogs, any well written blog is usually ad supported.
