1. Travelling – One of the enjoyable ways to live a fuller life is simple by traveling. Everyday you can do new experiences,  meet new people, visit new places you had never seen.

2. A different experience each day - Start doing things you normally wouldn’t do and appreciate all of the little things that in the daily routine not consider. Take a walk, go horseback riding, read an book, and so on, rather than always saying no to everything.

3. Social is key – You can learn a lot from people if you start a conversation. Especially, if you travel you can meet so many people from across the world with so many interesting stories to share.
